The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Institute of Gender and Health: Advancing Excellence in Gender, Sex and Health Research Conference: October 29 – 31, 2012

The conference will explore advances in our understandings of how sex and gender influence the health of women, men, and people of diverse gender identities over the lifespan. 2012 Edition of the Summer School on Modern Methods in Biostatistics and Epidemiology: June 3 – 23, 2012

The School aims to provide introductory and advanced courses in medical statistics and epidemiology, and their application in etiology research and public health. Population Health Intervention Research Casebook

The Canadian Population Health Initiative (CPHI) of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), in partnership with the Institute of Population and Public Health (IPPH) of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) produced a casebook that showcases population health intervention research (PHIR) in Canada. The overarching theme of the cases presented is that of health equity, and copies are available at the CIHI website and CIHR website.
